Glory Bee and T-Rex! Just hearing the names of the two main characters made me want to read more! These are the most unforgettable characters ever! Glory Bee 🐝 is a young lady with an unbeatable spirit and positive outlook on life, in spite of being abandoned by her family at age 16. She is funny, sweet, hard-working, friendly, and helps others whenever needed. She has been sick and struggling all her life, but not much gets her down!T-Rex has also had it rough; a very abusive father, who finally beat his daughter to death. T-Rex tried to stop him and ended up killing his father. His mother then tells him, "You have your daddy's blood flowing through your veins. Be careful, you'll hurt the ones you love just like he did." So, to T-Rex, that means don't get close to anyone, don't have a family, don't fall in love!
This storyline is unique and will leave a long-lasting impression of joy. Also, the author, Sable Hunter, tells us a lot about southern Louisiana, the food and lifestyle; all told with lots of love for the area. This story is steamy, funny, sad, heartwarming, and a really enjoyable read!

I almost gave up on this book! One of the main characters(t) made me so mad I almost didn't read the rest of the book. Read this book and you will find out why? I am glad I didn't, tho!! Love to you,sable!!
What an amazing read. I love how you can always see a little bit of your self in each character. I can't wait to get the next one. I was not able to put the book down for one minute.
bluntly spoken, I would have given this book a 5 star rating if it had not been for the werewolf.it was just thrown into the book with a good reason. the characters were complex and totally against normal romance book writting. All in all, read the book, it is unlike normal romance books.
Sable Hunter never ceases to amaze me. Her stories are full of life and has enough emotion to make you cry, laugh and love all together. This story was no different. I love the Cajun theme, with its lore and mystery. I can't wait for the next book I the series, all the friends and families are so wonderfully tied together. Write fast Sable!!
T-Rex is not happy with the path his life has taken, but it is the only way to keep everyone safe. Which is why when he meets Glory Bee he has to fight against her charms with all his might. Glory comes into his world like a beautiful wracking ball set to destroy his calm existence. But fate and Nana Fontenot will not be denied. They fight against their pasts, illness and monsters to gain the happiness they both long for. Just like the title suggests love will always find a way.
This book is a heart wrenching and poignant tale of love and redemption. As with all of Sable's (and Ryans's) books the story is well developed and the characters are beautifully written. Glory Bee and T-Rex are perfect together, although the road to happiness is paved with pain and tears. In addition to the beautiful, and of course H.O.T. love story, the authors provide a loving description of any area that simply calls to my soul. I think that we might all have a little bit of Cajun deep down inside.
Finally get T-REX's story!!!!
T has vowed to never love a woman and definitely never be a father. He took care of that. After being raised by an abusive father, he is just sure he will be like him.
Glory spent her childhood sick fighting childhood Leukemia. After she was cured, she was diagnosed with high blood pressure that was very dangerous. She goes on a walkabout and comes home to an empty house. This does not deter her and she sets out to have a life.
When Glory sees The, she sets out to make him hers. He does everything to get rid of her. She keeps pushing until he gives in. What happens when he finds out a little secret she has? Can he win her back? Can he finally realize he is not his father?
Once again Sable has dazzled me with another tale from the bayou. I am always so very excited to read the story, but more excited for the history.
